Is the Alleppey houseboat shared?
No. You book the whole boat for your group, with its own crew and kitchen.
What's the difference between deluxe, luxury and premium houseboats?
Mainly air-conditioning hours, cabin size and an upper deck. Deluxe runs AC overnight, luxury adds larger cabins and an upper deck, and premium has AC all day and a dedicated chef.
Alleppey or Kumarakom?
Alleppey has the wider lake, more boats and is easier to reach. Kumarakom is quieter and better for birdwatching.
